REACH Project Founder Texas A&M class of 2018

Max Gerall was born in Houston Texas and is a member of the Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2018. Max is a dedicated social entrepreneur with a passion for creating sustainable higher education ecosystems through the concept of “weaving” and community engagement. He is passionate about transforming lives by infusing – Respect, Empowerment, Aspiration, Community, and Hope. The REACH Project in the Texas A&M community is the first application of his vision, but it will not be the last.

This vision has enabled him to refine his skills in community engagement, visioning, strategic planning, storytelling, organizational development, fundraising, program development, and event management. In addition to the delivery of life skills education, his grand vision includes the design/construction of affordable housing communities around the country. 

He is committed to marrying the compassion of philanthropy with the effectiveness and the efficiency of the business world, creating a successful and sustainable society. Max has developed an intense passion for giving back to communities around the world. “I have found my purpose in life and I am confident in my mission. “But, it all starts at “home,” and right now, that’s Aggieland.
