Aggielan Humane Society

DARBY MCKENZIE: Darby, a Mississippi native and graduate of Mississippi State University, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations. She worked with a PR Agency that represented a wide and varied base of clients. Those clients included everything from the local Methodist church to a state-wide Krispy Kreme Doughnuts franchises. In 2017, Darby added Aggie maroon to her Bulldog maroon closet when she followed her now-husband to College Station, Texas. Darby has been with Aggieland Humane Society since October of 2017. Having always been the crazy cat lady, working at the local humane society just made sense. In her time at the society, she has grown the nonprofit's digital reach and expanded its online fundraising capabilities.
